Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Pennsylvania school certification required
- Experience with pediatric populations or school-based settings is highly desirable
- Accepting both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Strong understanding of speech-language development and evidence-based therapy practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
- Maintain up-to-date records and progress notes to ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and other team consultations
- Deliver services that foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
