Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license
- Pennsylvania school certification
- Experience or strong interest working with pediatric populations (K-12)
- Skilled in clinical fellowship year (CFY) supervision, or ASHA CCC required
- Background in educational or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services for K-12 students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy sessions in a school setting
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking for each student
- Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and school staff regarding student needs and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
