Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP license required
- Open to those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students, addressing a variety of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute thoughtful input to educational plans
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Engage closely with students across various grade levels and caseloads, empowering them to reach their full potential
