This assignment welcomes professionals with experience or credentials in speech-language pathology, particularly those ready to collaborate with students from TK through 6th grade. • Background addressing mild articulation and language deficits
  • Comfort or familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)
  • Ability to serve both mild and moderate disability groups effectively
  • Commitment to full-time availability across CSY, ESY, and NSY contracts

What you’ll do:

  • Provide speech-language services to an assigned caseload of students at two school sites
  • Develop and implement IEPs, engaging families and teachers in student progress
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing therapy in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing expertise and fostering student success
  • Track and document progress, contributing to timely reports and compliance

The assignment begins as soon as possible, with the opportunity to finish the current school year and, if desired, participate in the summer ESY program (mid-June–mid-July). Extend your journey into the next school year if you’re seeking longer-term placement.
