Key Qualifications:
- Hold SLP or SLP-CCC credentials with valid state licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Passion for serving PreK-3 through 6th grade students
- Comfortable supporting mild to moderate disabilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, in-person speech and language therapy to students
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
