Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech and language therapy to students
- Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement IEP goals and effective treatment plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to collaborative planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress
- Support a diverse student population with varying speech, language, and communication needs
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other support staff to best serve each student
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Consideration given to exceptional Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
