Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Louisiana
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with school-age populations, particularly elementary students
- Satisfactory completion of district drug screen and fingerprinting, as well as standard credentialing procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech and language therapy tailored to elementary school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and participation
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in line with district and professional standards
- Manage and adapt to caseloads across multiple schools, as assigned
