School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
A supportive school district is seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, contract position for the upcoming school year in Bastrop, TX. The team is looking to hire both monolingual and bilingual clinicians to support a diverse K-12 student population. The director is actively reviewing candidates, so apply today for consideration.
You’ll be joining a collaborative educational team focused on helping students reach their full communication potential in a structured, school-based setting.
Responsibilities:
· Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech and language disorders
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
· Deliver direct therapy services to students across a K-12 caseload
· Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
· Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Experience:
· Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
· Experience working with diverse or bilingual populations is a plus
Education & Licensure:
· Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License required
· Bilingual (Spanish-English) candidates encouraged to apply
Position Details:
· Start Date: August 2026
· End Date: May 2027
· Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (5 days/week)
· Caseload: K-12 (details to be provided)
· Openings: 1 Monolingual SLP, 2 Bilingual SLPs
