School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
A great school district in the Columbus, GA area is now looking to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity with Muscogee County School District. This position is available for the current school year and the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. The district is open to flexible scheduling, with part-time to full-time hours available.

Responsibilities:
· Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services.
· Support students with communication, articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs.
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
· Collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and school staff.
· Participate in IEP meetings and assist with documentation, progress monitoring, and treatment planning.
· Work with a caseload determined by candidate experience and district needs.
Experience:
· Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
· SLP-CFY candidates will be considered.
Education/Requirements:
· Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License required.
· Active GaPSC Educator Certification required.
· Must meet all state and district requirements for school-based SLP practice.
Employment Type: Part-time to Full-time, Contract
Assignment Dates:
ASAP – May 21, 2026
August 3, 2026 – May 21, 2027
Work Hours: Flexible schedule, up to 37.5 hours per week
Location: Columbus, GA
