Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Georgia (SLP-CCC or SLP required)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively manage a K-12 caseload, adapting assessments and interventions as needed
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork
- Organizational skills to balance documentation, IEP participation, and direct services
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students, K-12
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and progress updates
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support holistic student development
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and comply with all district and regulatory requirements
