We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 academic year to provide crucial support within a school setting. You’ll play a vital role in helping students achieve communication goals, collaborating with educators and parents, and contributing expertise within a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Recent experience in a school setting, ideally serving students Kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
  • Passion for fostering student growth and success in speech and language development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress throughout the school year
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and other related service providers
  • Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Communicate effectively with parents, sharing progress and recommendations for at-home support
  • Support a welcoming and inclusive environment for a diverse student population
