Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Certified School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with active GA Teaching Certificate
- Eligible for or possessing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), CCC-SLP preferred
- Experience with pediatric caseloads and school-based settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy and Medicaid billing/documentation
- Effective communicator, organized, and adaptable to new school teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy to students, supporting their communication and academic success
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to individualize treatment plans
- Participate actively in meetings to coordinate care and discuss progress
- Complete required documentation and Medicaid billing in a timely, accurate fashion
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students, ages ranging from early childhood through school age
