Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Georgia teaching certification required
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations and school-based service delivery
- Proficiency in Medicaid billing documentation and teletherapy methods is highly desirable
- Capable of handling a diverse caseload within an educational or healthcare context
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy to children of various ages as part of a school-based program
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation, including Medicaid billing
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to assess student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate actively with educators, families, and other specialists for holistic student support
