Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut SLP license
- School-based SLP experience required
- Active ASHA CCCs strongly encouraged (open to CFs with district-provided supervision, where available)
- Must be able to provide district-required fingerprints and pass a background check
- Ready to work onsite, full-time (35 hours/week)
- Elementary caseload experience preferred
- Not accepting SLPAs for this assignment
- Ability to split work between two campuses if needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary students
- Collaborate with general education and special education teams
- Complete required documentation and student progress monitoring
- Engage in IEP meetings, parent communication, and multi-disciplinary collaboration
- Comply with all district and state regulations
