School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Hartford, Connecticut

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Connecticut (CT) SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered with supervisory support available
- Direct school-based SLP experience required
- Willingness and ability to obtain district-approved fingerprints and a clear background check
- ASHA certification for CCCs preferred
- SLPAs not considered for this position
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and diagnostic services to an elementary caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student communication outcomes
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations, maintain documentation, and participate in team meetings
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed
- Attend Zoom interviews as part of the hiring process
