As a valued team member, you’ll manage a caseload of around 43 students, developing and implementing customized intervention plans. Your expertise will be crucial in both assessing speech and language needs and tracking student progress throughout the academic year.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
- Active North Carolina SLP license highly desired (priority consideration for those already licensed)
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, assess, and identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and deliver individualized education plan (IEP) goals and therapy
- Maintain records and report on student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input
