Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid North Carolina SLP License.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (SLP-CFY) also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with school-aged populations is preferred.
- Commitment to fostering student growth and an inclusive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to maximize student success.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services across assigned grade levels.
Compensation and Benefits: Earn $40 per hour with a 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.
