Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

- Experience delivering speech/language services in a school-based setting preferred
- Active North Carolina SLP license strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and support to a caseload of approximately 43 elementary students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to student plans
This contract begins in August 2026 and runs through May 2027, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and 37.5 hours per week.
