Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active, or eligible, state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged students preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Principal Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address each student’s unique goals
- Provide targeted therapy sessions and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation on student progress and outcomes
- Work closely with colleagues from multiple disciplines to ensure coordinated care and optimal results
