Qualifications:
- Active PEL (Professional Educator License) for Illinois required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly with K-8th grade, preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-8 students across diverse caseloads
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of student progress and services
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school activities
