This is a school-based position working on-site with a high school caseload of 25 students, each with varied learning disabilities. The assignment runs from August 12th, 2025, to May 15th, 2026. You'll work three days per week from 8am-3pm, with Wednesdays required and the flexibility to choose the other two days to suit your schedule.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license for Illinois (or eligibility).
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with students who have learning disabilities, preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Committed to onsite services only.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 25 high school students with various learning disabilities.
- Provide assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver targeted therapy.
- Coordinate services and consult with teachers, staff, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation according to school protocols.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success initiatives.
