Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid PEL (Professional Educator License) for the state of Illinois
  • SLP-CCC credentials required
  • Experience supporting high school students preferred
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of students with specific learning disabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 35 high school students, primarily with specific learning disabilities
  • Deliver engaging, individualized interventions aligned with educational plans
  • Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
