Speech Language Pathologist in Mount Vernon, WA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state certification or ability to obtain appropriate credentials
- Experience with school-aged populations preferred
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students identified as requiring services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy and consultation in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ educational progress
- Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language interventions
