Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Washington SLP license
  • ESA certification (Educational Staff Associate)
  • Eligible for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
  • Experience within school settings preferred, but motivated clinical fellows are welcome to apply
  • Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions—as well as consultative support to staff
  • Monitor student progress and report outcomes regularly
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, developing goals tailored to student needs
