Speech Language Pathologist in Longview, WA

You’ll have the chance to work with a diverse student population facing a wide range of communication challenges. Collaborate with supportive staff and families, and help students achieve milestones that shape their futures. Interviews are being scheduled promptly using either Zoom or in-person meetings to ensure a smooth process for candidates.
Qualifications:
- Current Washington State certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to provide therapy for students with varying disabilities (mild to severe)
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Comfort with both remote and in-person interactions as needed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students onsite across elementary, middle, and high school grades
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success and integration
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions as required
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
