Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Woodland, WA

Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Active Washington State certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, meeting standards for school-based practice
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially across diverse disability ranges
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with best practices for IEP development and interdisciplinary collaboration
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students from elementary to high school
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for a broad spectrum of disabilities (mild to severe)
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals for assigned caseload
- Foster collaborative relationships with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Use both virtual (Zoom) and in-person communication for meetings and parent conferences
