Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Mount Morris, Michigan

Qualifications:
- Current MI Speech-Language Pathology license required
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered
- Pediatric and school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Comfortable working full-time on-site throughout the assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy for 2nd and 3rd grade students
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Develop and implement interventions that support academic achievement
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to promote student success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team goals
- Adapt therapy techniques to align with school guidelines and student learning styles
- Engage in ongoing professional development as needed
