- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to 2nd and 3rd grade students
- Conduct evaluations, develop goals, and maintain documentation for student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, special education staff, and parents to support each child’s needs
- Support students’ educational and social growth through tailored interventions
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and district policies guiding school-based SLP work
