Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Michigan SLP license required
- SLP-CCC credential or Clinical Fellowship Year (CF) candidates welcome
- Previous experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Ability to manage, assess, and provide targeted interventions for elementary students
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to 2nd and 3rd grade students
- Conduct individualized assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Document progress, write reports, and complete IEP paperwork and meetings
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Engage families and caregivers with updates and recommendations
- Participate in ongoing professional development as needed
