Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English
- Comfortable working with children who have a range of cognitive and communication needs
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to elementary and middle school students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress towards goals

- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Implement culturally responsive intervention strategies for bilingual students
