- Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and goal-setting for diverse learners
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for students
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans targeting each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation relating to services provided, goal attainment, and IEP meetings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and contribute to student-centered planning
- Serve as a resource regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies to school staff and parents
