Whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY-SLP), your expertise and commitment to growth are welcomed and valued.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Ohio SLP license (required)
- Accepted: SLP with CCC or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with school-aged children, ideally in a middle school setting
- Proficient in developing, implementing, and updating IEPs
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload of up to 80 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with a range of communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaborations
- Engage with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication success
- Deliver both direct and consultative services to meet diverse student needs
