Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Valid state licensure for school-based practice (or eligibility to obtain)
- Professional experience providing therapy within educational environments, preferably in specialized or low-incidence programs
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students with diverse communication needs within the Low Incidence Program
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique abilities and educational goals
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of student progress and compliance with applicable regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to assessments, evaluations, and program modifications
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
