Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Morristown, NJ

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing services in school settings is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students ranging from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade
- Experienced in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- SLP-CF and SLPA candidates are not eligible for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech therapy to a diverse caseload
- Write and implement IEPs, ensuring compliance and student progress
- Maintain case management duties and documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ communication goals
