Speech Language Pathologist in Paterson, NJ

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) in New Jersey
- Previous experience within a school setting preferred
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions for students in need of support
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the special education team
- Conduct assessments and document student progress accurately
- Consult with educators and families to share strategies and recommendations
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with regulations and district guidelines
- Participate in meetings, parent conferences, and professional development, as needed
