Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid SLP license in California

- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to support a caseload of mild to moderate communication needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to evidence-based practices in therapy delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress toward therapeutic goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver engaging interventions tailored to each child’s strengths and needs
