What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, evaluations, and generate detailed diagnostic reports
- Develop and implement individualized IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Provide both direct and indirect therapy services to a diverse caseload (paid administrative and team meeting time included)
- Maintain thorough documentation, manage case logs, and actively participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support student communication and success in the classroom
- Offer supervision and support to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as necessary
Ideal Background:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Colorado, with CDE credential if required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply (supervision provided)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and fingerprinting
