Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Prior school-based experience preferred, but recent graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite speech and language therapy services full-time (37.5 hours/week) for the entire school year.
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster student success.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and parent conferences as needed.
  • Maintain required documentation and progress reports.
