Speech Language Pathologist in Mojave, CA

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Possession of SLP credentials, including CCC required
- Prior school-based experience supporting students with mild to moderate/severe needs is valued
- Ability to handle a caseload of up to 60 students
- Experience with elementary (TK–5) and high school (9–12) students is advantageous
- Skilled in evaluating and delivering therapy in an educational environment
- Comfortable working onsite and adapting to different school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services onsite at both Rosamond Elementary and the high school campus
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of speech, language, and communication disorders for students in general education and special education settings
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student goals
- Engage in team meetings and contribute expertise for comprehensive student support
This onsite-only contract begins August 10, 2026 and runs through June 4, 2027, offering a consistent 37.5-hour workweek and the chance to make a measurable difference for students across two campuses.
