Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CA SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with preschool-aged children
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy and assessment for preschool students
- Develop individualized treatment goals and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student planning
- Document sessions and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
