Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Redwood City, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP license for California
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Prior experience in a school setting, especially with preschool caseloads, highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to cultural sensitivity and diverse student needs
- Ability to complete documentation and assessments in a timely manner
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings for preschool-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct and consultative services in an engaging, play-based format
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and produce required reports
- Provide culturally relevant therapy and support for Spanish-speaking families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall educational planning for assigned students
