Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience providing speech services in a school setting, with a focus on early childhood or preschool-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ needs and goals
- Deliver therapy sessions in both Spanish and English, utilizing culturally responsive strategies
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure consistent, holistic support
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
