Position Details
Full-time, school-based SLP position
Hybrid schedule with remote flexibility
Competitive pay starting at $60+/hour
W-2 employment through ProCare Therapy
Provide speech and language services based on student needs and IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and assessments as appropriate
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, communication, and other speech-language needs
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Minnesota SLP license or eligibility
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for working with children and supporting student success
