Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid state certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for school-based practice
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience supporting school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working onsite in diverse educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and diagnostics for speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for students
- Consult and collaborate with educators, staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as needed
