Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Minneapolis, MN

These roles will focus on providing direct, on-site services across various school locations as part of an itinerant caseload. Your impact will be felt district-wide, supporting students, collaborating with educators, and empowering academic growth through evidence-based speech and language interventions.
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid Minnesota teaching credential: Professional License, Level 2, 3, or 4 (see asha.org for additional licensing information)
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to on-site service delivery (remote/virtual is not an option for these positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students' communication skills and academic achievement through speech, language, and social communication interventions
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, administrators, and family members to ensure holistic support
- Provide therapy in accordance with students’ IEP goals and district requirements
- Maintain clear records of assessments, progress notes, and communication with stakeholders
