Qualifications and Skills We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current MN School SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience in school-based settings (particularly elementary preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills for a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation as required
- Deliver compensatory and direct services as needed across multiple sites
- Provide consultative support and education to staff and families
