Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working within school settings and with diverse student populations
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students ranging from mild to moderate needs
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Serve as an active member of multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs
- Provide compensatory services as needed and adapt to coverage areas throughout the district
