Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist in Milton, DE

Key Qualifications:
- Eligible for Delaware state licensure as an SLP or CFY

Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized speech-language therapy, addressing a wide range of needs: assistive technology, augmentative communication, articulation, voice and oral-motor skills, feeding, and language delays
- Administer diagnostic and evaluative assessments, interpreting results to develop best practice recommendations
- Generate detailed, insightful reporting from assessments and observations to track and communicate student progress
- Draft and implement IEP objectives, ensuring measurable, student-focused outcomes
- Partner with parents and school colleagues to discuss developmental milestones, support strategies, and ongoing goals
