Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLP license (or eligibility) for the state
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings, ideally with K–12
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage varying caseload complexities
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide interventions for students with a range of speech/language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster student success
- Maintain documentation and track progress towards IEP goals
