Desired Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP License and GaPSC Educator Certification (required)
- SLP-CCC credential preferred; clinical fellows (SLP-CFYs) will also be considered
- Demonstrated experience in a school-based, pediatric, or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
- Committed to working onsite; virtual/remote candidates will not be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide evidence-based therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency issues
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consult with teachers and staff to support learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessment results, and service delivery
- Adjust caseload or service delivery in alignment with your experience and district needs
